Who We are
The Flip Project is a grassroots group of artists, activists, musicians, dancers, analysts, & community organizers.
We develop, refine, and deploy new strategies to Get Out The Vote (GOTV) and reach people traditional canvassing and phone-banking miss.
We are canvassers who have discovered that singing doubles the number of voters coming to the door), organizers of spectacular events, and above all- passionate advocates of voting.
What we do
The Flip Project uses innovative messaging and novel tactics to reach voters in creative, meaningful, supportive, and even playful ways.
Our outreach includes singing canvas, street theater, music videos, mural competitions, art cars, multi-lingual voter support materials, promoting free rides to the polls, and more.
We reach voters via signs at bus stops, bulletin boards at laundromats, catchy voter education videos on youtube, business cards at pawn shops and taquerias and convenience stores, and so much more.
How you can help
Give in Kind
In addition to cash donations, we welcome in kind donations of housing, PPE, sharing a home-cooked meal, supplies such as ink and printer paper, and more. If you’re interested in making an in-kind donation, reach out though our contact page.

While our on-site canvass teams are a vital part of Flip campaigns, there are many ways to support the project from anywhere in the world. Give a Contribution
The Flip Project is a grassroots group, and our small budget is raised mostly via crowd-funding. You can contribute through our Go Fund Me, or contact us for other options. We also appreciate gift cards to grocery stores, printers like Staples or Vistaprint, and other retailers.
